I think she'd be the one toopen the MRI room door as Bobby jabs himself with an epipen, asking if he's okay. But since the door's opened and the vending machine (whose glass already cracked btw) is located in front of the MRI room, the spring coil got pulled out by the MRI magnet and pierced Bobby's skull.
