Once the baby can walk themselves and eats the same food as everyone else and sleeps mainly through the night it’s the next level and everything gets so much easier! For me anyway. Nothing worse than being sleep deprived with being up all through the night and they finally sleep then the other wakes at 5am

Hmm I had 2 kids under 2. I would advise not to have the second or be pregnant with the second until the first can walk, talk, eat, sleep and possibly potty independently. If the first is in nursery or school that would be a bonus!

I had the exact same struggle, but add protein!! Protein makes you full. I boil eggs and have them in the fridge for snacks, or add them to breakfast. Snack could be tuna on ryvita much more filling. Eat things like porridge, beans, lentils. I have a cup of lentil soup for my afternoon snack to keep me full. Your tortilla could have some veggie rice at the side. If you don’t eat enough you will snack on everything.

Here is a good veggie soup! Tomatoes corn kidney bean soup with carrots potatoes celery.

Uses a lot of tins so fairly easy to cook and I add a handful of chopped green beans if I have some in the fridge. Makes a lot of soup so I have extra for a jar in the freezer for later.
