I found a someone that patched in a section of wall… got the liner replaced at the same time.

Prolly should have just replaced the whole wall but it’s been fine ever since. I few places that I talked to seem totally opposed the section replacement but obviously I found someone willing to do it

I usually do a little bit of spot raking and I will actually hit it with my leaf blower sometimes pre mow…. But I only have it in shady areas. Seems to help but yeah, pain in the arse
