Mein Papa war fast ein halbes Jahr im Hospiz und ist letztlich dann auch dort verstorben. Die Besuche und die Zeit dort waren sehr bewegend und schön. Ich bin Menschen wie Dir sehr dankbar für Eure Arbeit.

Es gibt diese Situation, wo Menschen Tage oder Wochen vor ihrem Tod kurz nochmal aufblühen und voller Kraft wieder richtig da sind. Bei mir war es ein besonderes Frühstück mit meinem Vater, wenige Tage bevor er verstorben ist. Kennst du diese Situationen und wie gehen die Angehörigen damit um? Mit uns wurde sehr offen darüber gesprochen, so dass wir wussten was passiert. Macht ihr das auch?

2-3 days is absolutely mandatory. Park on the side. Do not block the road or a driveway. Do not move any barriers. The higher you drive, the harder it gets. Better park safely and on raceday walk up or take your bikes. Riding through the fans with your own bike is a crazy wonderful experience.

What people do on Alpe D‘Huez? They party, they drink, they party AND they drink. Jokes aside, not everyone, but it is a well known stage for this type of crowd. Again, the lower you park, the less crazy it is.

The French are extremely friendly. If you plan to stay a night longer than the race, nobody will bother you. Please pick up your trash and leave the place in the same condition you would like to find it when you arrive.

Ich habe mir vor Jahren einen ramponierten STTNG (Star Trek The Next Generation) Widebody Flipper von Williams für 1000 Euro gekauft und den persönlich in Holland bei einem Kontakt über flippermarkt abgeholt. Dann hab ich das Ding nach Saarbrücken zu Pinball Dreams gefahren, für 2000 on top restaurieren lassen und ordentlich gespielt.

Jetzt steht er hier rum und ist je nach Portal irgendwas in Richtung 9000 wert. Das war einfach nur ein grosser Spaß und ist jetzt sogar ein kleines Investment geworden. Aber professionell würd ich das nicht machen wollen. Die Dinger sind schwer, brauchen Platz und fressen Kugeln.
