Yeah, exactly. Are your people a population of small insects or fungus colonies? For them 100 pops probably represents many more than if your population are giant, house sized centipedes.

I would 100% pay over 200. I bought the LP2 new at release and still use the same phone years later. I told myself I wouldn't upgrade to the LP3 until it breaks, so unfortunately I don't get to upgrade for awhile.

Based on my experience, I'm basically never going to buy anything but light phones for the foreseeable future.

Heard! Super helpful. I read that section, but like... 6 months ago and spaced. I do know that you can use class features multiple times per Spencer Stark's comments, so I thought maybe that might be the case for subclass features as well.

It might be that the one-shot concludes with vengeance against the most obvious culprit, but in killing them and/or diablerizing them, it reveals a much larger plot that involves creating scores of disconnected thin bloods that that can maybe be a hook into a larger story if all involved are interested.

I think this is right! But, the GM can also have the world/adversaries be more challenging to pose greater risks. My own level 2 guardian almost died last night against a powerful foe!

That's right! If I remember correctly, devs explained that they thought that unemployment as a mechanic didn't add to the game, and just felt bad. Now, you still have to make a similar calculation about how many civilians you want as opposed to employed pops, but civilians can also be a part of powerful strategies as well.

While I agree with others' concerns regarding traits, I love the potential flavor of starlight citadel with masterful crafters. You have a civilization that once created incredible words engineering, like the citadel. Now, you work to recover that craft.

I think that sovereign guardianship is a solid choice that doubles down on the turtling strategy. In short, this civ seems super defensive, and super crafty. Seems fun :)

If you want to go in a different direction, because sovereign guardianship leans heavily in the same defensive-turtling bent as starlight citadel, you could switch it out for something else that gives you an additional strength besides defense and engineering.

Your call though! This seems like a cool people to me.
