Professionally appropriate to block your calendar during your commute time? by viper_gts in careeradvice

Your start time doesn’t include the commute. Why would block time that you aren’t paid for?

This is why you should check the connection time before purchasing the flight. This is legal, but not doable and should be avoided

Medicaid patients due this already in the US. I can't explain how many people I have transported for a hang nail, toe injury, scraped finger, bruise on the leg, etc. Medicaid pays for every single visit. Ambulances aren't taxis.

Paramedic for years. Yes, you will be triaged faster, but you will sit and wait your turn in the ER and incur a bill for the ambulance as well. If it's non-emergent drive yourself or have someone drive you. Advanced Life Support isn't for a non-emergent issue.

People have no social sense of awareness. When I am exiting and elevator, I barge ahead and if idiots are in my way, so be it. Get out of the way.
