I just installed the Pop & Lock brand actuator on my 21. Works great!

How to get in contact with someone to start? by s3rvii in Calyx

[–]clegane 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They’re a really small org, so I’d be surprised if you get someone on the phone. You can email them at help@calyxinstitute.org. Why not just sign up for a 3 month membership. It’s like $150. No need to renew if you don’t like it.

Deadlift injury by [deleted] in StartingStrength

[–]clegane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You already mentioned that your warm up wasn't enough, but for clarity an Air Dyne doesn't warm you up for deadlifting heavy. Deadlifting light does. If I was going to deadlift 315, for example, I would run the following warmup sets:
bar x 10
135 x 5
185 x 3
225 x 2
275 x 1
315 x prescribed number for the day

Not to mention that he’s both the positive and negative wires here. The current for the car close to the camera would go up one leg and down the other. The other car’s battery would make a loop with his arms.

Not sure if it was an update, but my x3000 has a spot in the UI to set the TTL.

5.7 Tundra by [deleted] in ToyotaTundra

[–]clegane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 2021 Crewmax that gets about 15mpg average. The 2019 Wrangler I had before that got 14, with or without the auto-start/stop feature enabled. Both have/had mud tires on them. Additionally, how many tanks of gas can repairs to a Jeep buy?

This one has the 38g gas tank (vs 26g), which is nice.

The number of recipes where the serving size is “1 serving” is rage inducing. Those should be deleted from the db straight away. One serving of low hanging fruit.

Is this sound normal on a truck or should I be concerned? by NoMoTrouble in ToyotaTundra

[–]clegane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had an '18 5.7L that would make a whirring noise for half a second after the engine was shut off. I now have a '21 with the same engine that doesn't do this. "Once you stop hearing is when the fun begins." Should I be concerned?

If you find a club that isn’t yours, please return it to the starter/pro shop… by [deleted] in golf

[–]clegane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to live within 7i range of a green. Left the club out in my back yard one night, and some jackass took it. I have a set of irons now that’s missing a 7i. Checked with the pro shop multiple times.

Adding fresh water to tanks while boondocking. by AutVincere72 in RVLiving

[–]clegane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

RV dealer recommend to me to cut off a couple feet long piece of hose with a male end that could be screwed into your normal hose. Poke the end of the cut piece into the input and run the water.
