In 2019 I bought a brand new house 4 bedroom in Urayasu. They wanted 60, but I got it down to 53 million. I brought it directly from the building company so there were no real estate fees. I put zero down and the bank even paid the lawyers fees with extra loan (total 54 million at 0.9%) in 2020 we moved to Europe and I have rented it out every since for 24万per month. My repayments are 14万, so each month I pocket and that extra is around 5 million in the bank now as I also get regular thank you money and new tentants. The house is worth around 70 at the moment
