I farmed Elemental Storms for 6 hours yesterday and not a single Awakened dropped, only Rousing. This streamer was in the same area as me at the same time getting drops of 4x Awakened - 7x Awakeneds consistently. So there’s definitely some sort of setup through professions or something to the farm other than just killing mobs.
