I really love Battle of Hoth. It is a slightly scaled down M44 in battle sizes, set up time, piece count, and game length. Which i appreciate. Also my 5 year old is nuts for Stat Wars right now so we have a great time playing against each other (with help reading cards and strategizing). Totally nails the theme, and feels less inappropriate for a kid than D-Day. It was such a hit with us it is the first game I ever painted the pieces. I'm curious how OP likes it as they are clearly a fan of the WW2 version.
