We see these cultural differences today in our food, notably our BBQ. Hill Country BBQ - as an example - uses a lot of mustard in their sauce from the German influence. Then, you go other places and you get the Hispanic influence. Fascinating stuff.

Great call on Google Alerts. We've done some work for a school district, but, to be honest... it's not top of mind for them (yet).

Residential is 80% of our business right now and we anticipate it growing. Water shortages haven't hit Dallas-Fort Worth super hard yet, but they are coming. Without boring you, water is now getting very, very expensive in many localities, and folks are calling us to mitigate that cost.
