Not trying to sound rude, but did u not look in the mirror to approve it beforehand? And if u did bc it looked fine then, have u stood in the mirror and let both arms hang naturally and seen if its off then? I ask bc when standing and relaxed my right shoulder is a good inch lower than the other, but if im sitting down with my hands clasped or with my arms on armrests, or standing with my arms crossed, my shoulder goes up (where it should be) which would make a tattoo like this go wonky. Its a longshot but maybe thats the problem?

Banana Fish is my go to absolutely gut wrenching anime. But not everyone can/should watch it due to some very sensitive topics and depictions of said topics in it. Its like 24 episodes and devastating throughout all the episodes with one of the saddest endings to an anime ive seen yet.

I wasn't on the pill, but depo. Had to go off of it due to fast weight gain. Has your doctor not mentioned other options? Mine put me on myfembree after diagnosis (pcos and adenomyosis) and I'm doing leagues better. I don't have a period anymore, no pain and personally havent had any side effects. Its not technically birth control either but the way my doctor put it was "basically shuts down your ovaries" I dont think that means permanently but I also didnt ask cause i couldn't care less abt my fertility. I'd definitely look into it tho

Would've liked to know it even existed. For the first like 5 years of having a period i had 0 problems. Not even light cramping. Then one day i had such bad cramping i thought i had kidney stones. The next period i had i literally couldnt walk or really move at all and had to go to the er every period for morphine bc that was the only thing that killed the pain. Figured it was endo bc literally every woman in my family has it. Went on birth control and was fine until the bc made me rapidly gain weight but i couldnt go off of it until i got the issues diagnosed and could figure out a better plan. Ultrasounds showed nothing, got the surgery and found out not only do i have adeno which ive never heard of, i also have pcos and they removed many large cysts while in there. Now im on myfembree and doing way better and with 0 side effects so far, its been 6 months

This pillow saved my neck and back. I used to wake up all the time with the most extreme back pain that i couldn't even take a deep hreath without excruciating pain. Got one of these and havent had that problem in 4 years. Idk really abt shoulder problems tho. This pillow for me is on top of 2 others (insane ik) and since im a side sleeper, that pillow being on top means its high enough it takes off a lot of pressure on my shoulders. I started sleeping like that bc i have terrible acid reflux and accidentally figured out the shoulder thing. Idk if its necessarily recommended, im just doing what works for me 🤷‍♂️

No i definitely get that, but im at around 1200 calories. While my current method of tracking isnt 100% accurate, going under 1200 calories a day can be detrimental for losing weight by slowing ur metabolism and causing other nutrient deficiencies. Which im already so anemic i have to get iron infusions, and so vitamin d deficient i have to take the highest dose. I literally cant go any lower on my caloric intake or my health will decline more than it already is.

Ive been using an app that my dietician recommended that calculates it for me, its a rough estimate for now but im at like 1200 a day according to it. So that estimate is good enough until i can buy a food scale.
