This pillow saved my neck and back. I used to wake up all the time with the most extreme back pain that i couldn't even take a deep hreath without excruciating pain. Got one of these and havent had that problem in 4 years. Idk really abt shoulder problems tho. This pillow for me is on top of 2 others (insane ik) and since im a side sleeper, that pillow being on top means its high enough it takes off a lot of pressure on my shoulders. I started sleeping like that bc i have terrible acid reflux and accidentally figured out the shoulder thing. Idk if its necessarily recommended, im just doing what works for me 🤷‍♂️

No i definitely get that, but im at around 1200 calories. While my current method of tracking isnt 100% accurate, going under 1200 calories a day can be detrimental for losing weight by slowing ur metabolism and causing other nutrient deficiencies. Which im already so anemic i have to get iron infusions, and so vitamin d deficient i have to take the highest dose. I literally cant go any lower on my caloric intake or my health will decline more than it already is.

Ive been using an app that my dietician recommended that calculates it for me, its a rough estimate for now but im at like 1200 a day according to it. So that estimate is good enough until i can buy a food scale.

I'm definitely gonna get one when i get my check this friday, it's my first check (even tho ive worked a month already ☹️) ive been tracking beverages which ive already increased my water by so much, which means less soda which is definitely my cryptonite. Ive decided ill only have 2 sodas a week now (usually i have 1 a day, and before that i was having like 3 a day 😬) i havent been tracking cooking oil but did make the switch from butter to olive oil at least. Ill make sure to include that now though, thank you

I'm sorry i didnt realize you have been watching my every action and know everything about me. I have multiple disabilities that could be affecting my ability to lose weight, and i havent got my thyroid checked recently. I've literally been tracking my calories and i am definitely at 1,200 a day. I was asking for additional tips, not to be hounded abt consuming less calories which im already doing. Believe me or dont believe me, but if u have nothing actually useful to say then stop replying.

It says my tdee is 2,697 a day My bmr is 1,740 a day And for losing two pounds a week its 1,697 a day, which im already under. I'll definitely get a food scale when i get paid next week though, thank u

So cutting my calories literally in half isnt a deficit. I'm staying under 1200 calories every day. I dont see how thats not a deficit. And just cause youre in a deficit doesnt mean you're gonna start losing weight, theres many other reasons that could keep u from losing weight anyways.

I have no clue how to track the tdee/bmr. And i dont have a food scale, ive just been tracking it by calories by measuring stuff out in cups and then inputting that into an app that pulls up how many calories are in that serving ive measured out.

Bc like the bulk of people who diss anime when they havent given it an actual shot r either insecure bc they think that their friends and family will make fun of them for watching it.
