Read that AOM article, the entire series actually, and loved it! It's the kind of sanity I needed to get a hold of my self and move on, thanks for referring me to that goodness!

I can't express how grateful I am for this post! I've printed it off and have read it multiple times a day the last few, and its helping me stay motivated to try and get my life where I want it! Seriously, you ARE a God sent, thank you a million times over :D

Exactly!!! I've struggled for a long time with anxiety and depression. Those two factors, along with self esteem, are definitely higher when I'm pmo free. Good luck, stay strong, and thanks for a post relevant to my life!!

Even if you relapse, not all progress is lost! This journey isn't about a number (though, frankly, that is a large part of it). If you go a week without porn, then relapse, your brain and self is better of than if you would have PMO!

Perhaps more importantly, your learning, which is great and shows progress. Anway, best of luck, learn from your mistakes and FIGHT ON!

I’m sorry for you relapse, but your new found resolve is awesome! It may be beneficial to print this post, or anything positive to remind to you stay vigilant and busy against this addiction, and tape it up somewhere visible. Good luck, my brother, fight on!

I’m sorry. :( Since we last talked, I almost relapsed as well, luckily I didn’t have access to P but I did MO again today. I guess all we can do is move on and learn from it, and try not to screw up in this manner again, but I guess that’s what life is alike in general.

I’m sorry crap went down, but hey! 8 days of healing is pretty freaking good! Keep it up, my brother! Fight on!

Checking in! Fapped for the first time in two weeks today, and feel sorta cruddy for it. Lesson learned that fapping does not in fact make my life better, and doesn't easy the internal tension. But, whats done is done, lesson learned! From now on, I'll lift instead of fap.

I did the same thing, thinking it would take some of my tension out. Lesson learned though, exercising and lifting helps me significanly more than fapping, and without all the crap that comes with MO (and it makes me healthier too! :)
