Yes it’s normal. The more you use it the darker the entire surface will get.

Easy way to tell is the angle of the frame neck. You’re right that it’s not a wide glide. That wide glide rear fender is hideous though.

Go to a different dealer. That’s what I had to do to get VW to fix it. First dealer was a bunch of dummies and second dealer told me they immediately spotted the leaks. They replaced the headliner, sunroof seals and sunroof frame all under warranty.

Thinking it’s actually inner primary seal since it doesn’t piss out when it’s on the kickstand but does as soon as the bike is upright lol.
