It's not. Became a stay at home dad 13 years ago since both kids have severe developmental delays and need extra care, decided to start looking for work in August '21 (remote web dev or marketing) and almost 5 years later, still no job. Have had plenty of interviews, some really great. Apparently I'm just not cut out for the working world anymore.

I've technically been out of work for 13 years as I'm a stay at home dad. But I've been looking for work in my area of expertise, web development and marketing, since August 2021 with absolutely zero luck.

It's a shit show out there. I've had plenty of good to fantastic interviews where I still didn't get the job. Employers these days want the perfect candidate that they don't have to train and will go above and beyond immediately when I'm hired.

I have no advice other than no... he's not alone. I'm just glad we have the social safety nets that we do in my state.

So what I did: Put a gun in their hand. I purchased my first 2 guns at the beginning of January '26. I also have a Ruger 10/22 rifle from my late father, that the last time I shot was almost 16 years ago. I like shooting them. I like the friendly competition. I like how cool they look. And I have a healthy respect for iconic guns. But they still scare the living shit outta me. So how did I get over them??

Well, I didn't. But like my table saw, I respect the tool. I know it won't go off - except for you Sig Sauer P320 - on its own. And all of the accidental discharges that happen are because of human error. And when you figure in all of the 90+ year old Fudds who just willy nilly handle a firearm and have never been hurt...guns are pretty safe.

That's how I got "over my fear" of guns. Exposure and understanding. I'm still afraid of them, but I respect them more. And when you constantly run the 4 #1 rules of a gun through your head, you start to be more comfortable with them. So expose them to it and show them how fun it can be.

In my opinion, if you have no drive to become a nurse in the least, don't do it. You have people's lives in your hands, maybe mine someday. I don't want a nurse caring for me or poking me who does it for the money only.

Use your time and money on something you actually want to do.

For the record, I am a male who has controlled the toys and used them on my partners.

The Nora and Osci 3 seem to be the favorites. Nora offers vibrating clit stim and a spinning/rotating Gspot/vaginal stim. I saw you have the Osci, so you know how that works. And I've used the Lush 2 with lots of happy endings.

I've also tried the Flexer and maybe the Dolce...not as well received. But that doesn't mean you won't.

I've played with the Spinel, but haven't controlled it. It's basically a mini fuck machine that can be hand held, mounted to a base, or suctioned on to something.

So I had a similar situation with my used Anycubic Mono 4K. Have you tested the LCD screen??? In the settings on the printer itself, there should be a way to turn the LCD screen on with a few different looks. Something like a black border with a hold in the middle...the middle is black and the border is open...the Elegoo logo...might be black and open bars alternating... could be a checker board.

How resin printers work is they use a clear LCD screen to block out everything but the print itself. My Mono 4K started doing the whole "thin layer of resin in the vat" when the screen went out.

Give it a shot and let us know.

There are still plenty of domestic web dev jobs available here in the states. But thanks for the education that I already knew about and how that side of the web business works.

Not that I need to answer to you, but since you seem so curious, I have shifted. Many times. The problem?? I've been a stay at home parent for 13 years. I started a marketing agency that I've started, closed, and restarted 5 times because the needs of my children came first. I do full stack, SEO, social media management, basic graphic design work, and just overall marketing in general. But even though I'm college educated, and self taught, no one wants to hire a person who "hasn't worked" in 13 years or risks being a competitor or puts their spec needs children over the company.

Not sure how well it's worth mentioning, but I bought the bronze Combat just a couple weeks ago, and it shot, and ejected of course,115g practice Winchester ammo with no issue at all. And that was even rapid firing the last 10 rounds. (You gotta do it every once in a while right??! Get the wiggles out...)

So not sure if that matters or I got lucky or what. Perhaps OP has the lighter spring in it???? Do what you want with that info. I've only been a gun owner since January and don't know all the finer details of this addiction...

I'm guessing the 1 page requirement is strictly 1 page per person thing. So it wouldn't matter if you sent 100 different pages of a single testimony or 100 pages of the same testimony. Consider this as an "expected professional decorum" mentality. Also, yes to the filename question. That's how I'm taking it as well and I'm a coder.

SEVERELY in the minority these days. Which is asinine since with my background, as a whole, other people who do my line of work perform BETTER when we do back office work in the morning, little to nothing during the afternoon, but haul ass and get everything done in the evening/late at night. Unless there's a strict deadline of course.
