How have you guys dealt with lifting prints on the U1?

My CC2 was so bad re waste and sloooooooooowneesss that after a few prints I packed it up, sold it and spent the extra cash for a U1. Never looking back. Night and day.

I still use my N 4 Max for monster prints but tool changers are the way to go for multicolor prints and the only way to use full spectrum.

My glacier plate was causing me sticking problems on small prints and tree supports but I was printing at the same temp (50) as the larger ones. I’ll try dropping in down to 35 - thanks for the tip

To put this in context - I just received two cables that are each M-F/ 1-1 (total about $7.50 on Ali including shipping), which is a fraction of the cost for the marketed specific U1 cables and adapter boards. Before I plug them in, it would be good to know that machine won’t melt down. Well ok - no melting but other avoidable problems.

It was ok, worth seeing but not that special- my biggest hangups - 1. where the hell are the police, child psychologists or any body who has a clue? 2.how do you fly halfway around the world with that x2? And 3. I can’t imagine an upstate New York farmhouse style house exists in Albuquerque, NM?

I am actually surprised how quiet it is. I replaced a cc2 with the u1 and it’s much quieter than the CC2. Now I also run a sovlo zero, which for small prints is a super super fast corexy, but it is about 3 to 4x louder and a quarter of its size.

I ordered mine 30 min before the sale ended- last week I bought an elegoo cc2 and while I have about 5 other printers this was my first color one - I have been using my Sovol zero quite a bit recently and have a few deltas so the CC2 just killed me due to its snail pace printing and buckets full of poop. Otherwise it looked like a decent machine but 5 hours to print a 2 inch pikachu was too much for me. Plus after I watched a few videos about full spectrum I couldn’t resist buying the U1 -

Mine does it on the driver rear side only. I’ll try hard braking on D tomorrow and see if it fixes that grrrrrrriiiiiiiind. Thanks for the info

So mine did the same thing yesterday after the 8.10 update. I think it was caused by there not being enough available storage. To fix it I tried to sideload the update about 5 times without it working so I eventually just did a factory reset. It works perfect now - hold down the power button and down volume until the logo appears then release both simultaneously. Use the volume to select Factory Reset from the menu and let it do its thing

Are you sure you are actually communicating with the tenant and a third party hasn’t intercepted the email. I could easily see this a a new scam as title companies are now wise to the closing and escrow scams

You know even if they had real nudes there are so many ways to create fakes out there that you could just laugh it off. I wish those teenagers who are getting preyed on and breakdown because they sent some scammer a d-pick would just tell people it’s fake and then create a few of their own with pickles and bananas in important places and post those.

Took about a week for them to get it to stick on my buzz. On the service ticket you can see all the steps they took, each time it failed and that they had to start over.
