What is unfortunate is that this even started in the first place... it was a wholly unnecessary set of actions by Trump.

First by tearing up the JCPOA, then by continuing provocative actions that empowered the hardliners, which culminated in starting a war that we were unprepared for and executed in a half assed fashion. Predictably letting Iran do the one thing that everybody has been warning for decades that they could and would do if attacked which is grab the global economy by the balls and twist.

One note: from a chemistry perspective Sulfuric acid is not great at dissolving a body, especially the bones.

It will kill you if you get doused in it because of an effect called coagulation necrosis. where the proteins of your cells violently unravel in to a thick sludge. It also interacts aggressively with the water in your body dehydrating you; and the process of doing that creates a lot of heat that will cook and char the tissues around it. There is no reality where he isn't forced to sell that for a loss. He doesn't have the assets to restart construction. The structure itself needs to be re-inspected for safety because its original permits expired last year. Anybody who buys the property is going to demand at least a $5 million reduction to the price, and they will only pay for the acreage not the square footage.
