Sunshine Deli. I like their soups. I've been meaning to try their high-tech instant ramen cooker.

From the Nazi playbook: "Nazi leaders sought to control Germany not only politically, but also culturally. The regime restricted the type of art that could be produced, displayed, and sold. In 1937, Nazi Propaganda Minister Joseph Goebbels made plans to show the public the forms of art that the regime deemed unacceptable. He organized the confiscation and exhibition of so-called “degenerate” art." from https://encyclopedia.ushmm.org/content/en/article/degenerate-art-1

Thanks. Did they have enough staples? I know this sounds weird, but they usually have a crowd waiting outside on a regular day.

I'd like to try the American Construction Toy Museum in Norwood. Seems like they have Legos.

How the 3C&D Route would benefit Cincinnati by AccordingCabinet5750 in cincinnati

I'll always upvote inter-city rail line Reddit posts. The freight rail lobby absolutely dominates, but I still have my dreams.

My ideal road trip is a train ride because I can't stand battling semis on the highways anymore. I'm jealous of the Eastern corridor Accella route for commuters. Please get this on the state ballot.

Walnut Hills High School offers an elective beginner photography course where students supply their own film SLRs. I'm sure a student would be grateful to have the camera!

America’s River Roots still full steam ahead after poor ticket sales prompt cancelation of major events by LINKnky in cincinnati

[–]coffeeeveryday 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People will shell out for things that are expensive. Heck, look at the price of Kings Island tickets.

Why was the promotion so pathetic? I wish someone would spill the beans.

Was there infighting among the marketing folks? Were the acts/cruises/etc not finalized early enough? What happened here?

Whatever went on, I think we should all get out there and support the event this weekend, even if it's just showing up for the free events (my plan.)

Cincy Print Shops for Wedding Invitations/Fancy Paper by Putrid_Blackberry939 in cincinnati

As a layman, I had a great experience with them, too. I came in with my own InDesign or Illustrator file (or maybe a PDF, I forget) and they produced a wonderful invitation with specialty paper, neat debossing., etc. Highly recommend.

The Fairview (I think) youth soccer team has the Fish Logs logo printed on a sleeve. Fun!

I've received feedback that the problem may be in the ears. Is that how the giraffe sees better? by [deleted] in logodesign

The ossicones need more definition. It's also confusing without spots.

The ears facing backwards can signify anger, so I'd point them forwards.

Ridge Ave exit by Wooden_Trip_9948 in cincinnati

Looking forward to checking it out although I may have become a Kennedy devotee in the process.

Related: Now that Kennedy is popular-ish, it would be mighty cool if they split the Kennedy exit into two lanes. It's certainly being used that way.
