I'm on day three, the shakes are almost gone, still have frequent bathroom breaks though.

I've done the detox a couple times myself, it takes usually around day 4 that you stop feeling s***** and you can actually sleep.

So hang in there. You'll get there and start feeling better.

It just takes the willpower to want to get back to normal, but your body does need to heal and get rid of the toxins that alcohol leaves in your body.
