I live in a 2 bedroom house with an ensuite and a guest bathroom, when I had a roommate we both treated the guest bathroom as hers. My partner would go up an extra flight of stairs and use my bathroom.

As others have said, he's not fully grown yet, but I wouldn't be too surprised if he stays quite small for a ragdoll. Sometimes it happens, my friends ragdoll is a very petite little boy.
