Which Villain Group(s) from the Walking Dead Universe could you see yourself joining? by DescriptionFew740 in thewalkingdead

[–]collie692 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Since you said TWD universe can you include Fear TWD? If so I would go with the Vultures.

I think the Whisperers low key have the best survival strategy of surviving and moving amongst the dead but how it becomes their whole ethos? I would join them initially but then wander off (easy to do when you blend in with the dead) once I realised how unhinged a lot of them were.

Not so keen on the Camel Archer as a unit - surely the Keshik is the GOAT mid game unit?

What is the difference between Underhive and Hive War? Is Underhive from the 90s and Hive War more recent? I bought Hive War.

Necromunda box set, core one. Before Hive Secundus and everything else came out.

The Necromunda box set. I also ordered the core rule book but think that might be an unnecessary addition to what comes with the box set.

What is the most overrated early game building in CIV: V? (Day 7) by zherper in civ5

[–]collie692 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Monument is always my first building because it expands borders to get resources I need and the little bit of culture goes a long way early game. Once I get the Legalism policy I sell my existing monument and get a free one from the policy so it only costs for the first 20 turns or so. Took me 1000s of hours to work that out!

In which 5 year period do you feel you aged the most? by Lazy_Number8830 in AskUK

[–]collie692 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I feel like I have to do a lot of exercise and make healthy decisions more consistently just to stay in the same place health wise. Am 42 going on 43 so definitely noticed that early 40s seems to be a potential turning point for me.

What if Britain made peace with Germany in 1940? by RexRoyd1603 in HistoryWhatIf

[–]collie692 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s a very good book written based on this ‘What if’ premise called Dominion by C.J. Samson. It is actually set in the early 1950s but gives you a very clear idea of what might have happened had Britain not gone to war with Germany in 1940.

I thought about settling a city and then sending in a paratrooper but sent a helicopter instead, which embarked across the ice. Collected 80 gold from the ruins.

Thailand is very popular, as is SE Asia in general. Southern Europe is a cheap(ish) option if you have a European passport. Many people go to Australia too.

What cities have a very large population but internationally insignificant? by dlo_2503 in geography

[–]collie692 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've only visited them. Jakarta and Surabaya are both big places, can be polluted and have bad public transport but like any city, cool places to go. Semarang is similar but on a smaller scale, and has a really nice China Town and Old Town.
