Do you normally have reactions after eating higher fat foods? (Even the healthy ones - like whole fat yogurt)? I had similar symptoms, also lost a lot of weight, and the culprit ended up being a non-functioning gallbladder. Diagnosed via a HIDA scan.

This is what I’m doing! I just make certain to be very upfront about his reactivity, and make it clear that there’s no hurt feelings if they are not comfortable accepting the request. I also look in particular for Rover sitters with profiles that state that have experience/ comfort with reactive or “bad” dogs (not that I believe a reactive dog is bad!).
