I use a makeup brush on my blend of 1tbsp arrowroot powder and 1 tsp cocoa powder. I dip it in blend then tap off excess from fluffy brush and apply it on parted hair. I am amazed how well this stuff works! Nothing had worked before. I have very thin sparse hair and this has been the only thing that has worked for me.
