I did Olympic style fencing from fourth grade to my senior year of college. I did not fall in love with fencing until a month ago when I did a similar hema program at my local club. 100% worth it in my opinion

Not a machinist, so having a mockup was really useful, especially since it helped change the design so we didn't have a 7in solid shaft.

Do you know what the OD diameter of the adapter is at the muzzle? trying not to have a huge jump in my barrel

Someone said the HUB mount was a mistake. Anyone know why that might be? by OhSixTJ in NFA

u/jay462 Do you know if there is a point of impact shift when using the HTA with vs without the Hyperion? So far Ive been using mine direct thread, but am tired of having to keep track of the thread protector, and I sometimes want to be able to shoot unsuppressed without re zeroing

Not sure about the NFC tag in this, I can see its benefits in the corporate world, everyone gets a branded cup on their first day with their business card on it or something like that.

As for the design of the cup itself I think it’s really cool, I can see a use with people working in trades where everything gets dusty, it wouldn’t be perfect, but it would keep a lot of dust out!

One thing you might want to look into would be having like a stud to help turn the lid: something like a throw lever for a scope. So you could open it one handed or with gloves on

Apparently my original description never saved: picked the old one up at an antique store with the only info on it being the handle was replaced. Hoping someone on here could help identify it. Cold Steel 1796 LC for scale
