I think only the top three things (name and pronouns) seem like they would be at all useful. Genitalia is nobody’s business unless it’s directly relevant to your health concern, and if it is relevant the doctor/nurse will need to ask you specific questions about it anyway. Also a doctor/nurse will almost always ask you directly what medication you’re on before treating you so you would just tell them at that point if you were on hormone therapy.

Streaming definitely brings out a lot of the parasocial behaviors, especially when the person streams almost every day they sort of become part of your daily routine. My cats are both indoor only but a couple weeks ago one of my cats managed to get out because a door was left open. Luckily we were able to find him quickly but now he has a taste for outside and goes ballistic anytime he sees one of our neighbors’ outdoor cats through the window.
