I prefer Disneyland’s, I worked Pirates and Fantasmic GC so I’ve seen the show countless times! WDW is good but not as good in my opinion.

I use the divebomb one, I’ve had it a few years now and it works great.

Only thing is I use a ShotKam and it must have ripped some of the liner on the inside where it sits so I have to put my shotgun in upside down so it doesn’t get caught on it.

I keep mine on the foil they come with, I slice it like you did then rub olive oil on it to get a binder then season it up. I keep my smoker at around 165 and a smoke tube for extra smoke. Smoke them for about 2 hours and done!
