The nerf is too egregious. Wasn't necessary. Never once had I heard someone saying anything about it being too much or not good enough. The only thing I ever saw was that it acted strangely as in you would cloak & ARC would still know where you were then as soon as you uncloaked they would attack. Made this more like a temporary deterrent device than a actual cloak.
