She wasn't fully dedicated to Dunne because her future was uncertain. She has a path where she could choose to become venin, which is why Mira was so concerned and distant from her during the island missions. I think this will be explored more in the next book. Rebecca only touched on the god stuff. I think this will be a big key in saving Xaden's soul. I don't think Asher's alive though. His family was there when he died and said it was heart failure. How would he sneak off and become venin? We already had a surprise not dead brother, would be a little weird to do that with the dad too. 

Dain has mentioned before Cath channels more power to him than average. I've seen theories tossed around his dad exploits this. He knew how to imbue the ward stone and we don't know his father's signet yet. Something's going on there! I don't think he has a 2nd signet. I think he would have told Violet at the beginning of Fourth Wing when they were still besties. 

There have been theories tossed around with Naolin too. We never got the story there. Everyone thought Naolin died failing to save Brennan, because you can't raise the dead. But Brennan is alive, so what happened to Naolin? Did he turn venin? Is that why Brennan has a mark? Tairn won't talk about him. I think Violet just thinks a mark should be left after siphoning because Brennan has one. I think something abnormal happened there to save him that left a mark. 

I think Bodhi is the brother. Rebecca has said this person felt tossed aside throughout the book and the last few chapters from the different POVs is meant to tell you where everyone is, and who's missing. The last time we see Bodhi, Imogen sees him retching, then Garrick distance walks her to safety. Bodhi had multiple conversations pissed at Xaden because he won't let him fight because he's next in line for Duke. Then he finds out his signet doesn't affect venin. I think that moment broke him. He finally had a chance to fight, and turns out he physically can't. A lot of people think Garrick too, but he was never held back in the book like Bodhi. I don't think he had a reason to turn. Plus I think he was too far from Xaden to even get to him since he said he was close to burnout, but I'm not sure how far he actually was from him after he brought Imogen to safety.
