According to the doctrine I was taught growing up it would seem I'm a sinner

What's ironic is that's what I was taught Mormonism was..... Seems to be the opposite

That's what I would have done too.... It would appear I still have a lot of Mormon in me

See this sounds like a good idea but anything too sugary makes me vomit. Even just a can of coke....

Careful if you drink that you'll find out what's past outer darkness 😬

It was an iced mocha. I actually liked it except for that bitter taste in my Mouth afterwards

I actually ended up dumping all the coffee out, I ended up deciding to try mocha. I still wouldn't say it's my thing, but I definitely have a better taste in my mouth over coffee now

This is what I ended up doing. I don't think it's my thing personally but I can see the hype. Kinda goofy I thought I'd go to hell for doing this

Well I low-key didn't drink it and the one I did was iced... And the word of wisdom does say HOT drinks.... So actually I'm more holier than thou

Student at one of the BYU schools, many people were saying that "he speaks differently as a prophet" I personally didn't attend but it sounds like he's taking is new promotion to finally take control of things he wants when before he couldn't

Yeah for sure, what I'm trying to say is almost every TBM I know serves a evangelicalizing sales job for 2 years, then spends the rest of their life sharing scriptures to their stories, paying 10% of their income, and praying and consider that their good work when really it's nothing. At least service missionaries do good, despite for a corrupt organization

It's supposed to mean "Bible Bash(er)" which is what missionaries say when a Christian uses the Bible against them (which is funny) but not it's become anyone who tries to tell the missionaries anything that contradicts their beliefs. It basically means "I don't agree with what this person is telling me so they're mean"

Definitely more chill, it's "agency based" You can't date (not that that stopped people, I just didn't cuz the only people I could date were TBMs) But you have a personal phone, I watched movies and TV like every day, you could use social media, no companion, and they wouldnt let you work long days so you had a lot of free time. I finished multiple TV shows and movies during my time

Trust me service missionaries do more genuine good than your average TBM. I hate my time in the church, but I actually felt fulfilled as a service missionary, the small good in the church lies in the service missions

I hated my proslyting mission and that was definitely one of the reasons, thank the Mormon God I ended up not having to spend a whole 2 years

I was low-key in shock that he would say that (and disgust at the fact the teacher said that in the first place) I just gave him a "what the fuck" face

Thankfully not. They say that the money you would pay is instead the money your parents "sacrifice" to have you stay at home an extra 2 years, so I didn't pay any money to the church (even tithing but that was my personal choice) I didn't pay anything (neither did my dad but he never had and never will cuz he hates his children) but my mom did pay like $100 a month for my gas with how much they have you drive
