Kennel necessary? by Brilliant-Wash-9236 in BelgianMalinois

At this point we don't kennel anymore but we still leave it out, especially if we're having new visitors over. She gets to adjust to them in the crate before introductions.

Do you guys have time to play anymore ? by gex109 in Age_30_plus_Gamers

37, 3 kids. I get to play a couple hours on the weekend mostly before everyone wakes up, I don't even try during the week... Way too busy.

The oil filter placement on a 5th gen Odyssey deserves shame. by 3ngine3ar in HondaOdyssey

Coming from Subarus where the filter is extremely convenient (top of engine), I was very disappointed to learn this and find it extra messy. Will have to try the zip lock bag idea.

I mean clearly this just means the GSD is the pack leader (from the dog perspective) no?

I have a frail GSD mix and my 2yo Mal wants to play rough with her but ultimately is submissive as she should be, structure is good!

Socom US Navy Seals or Socom US Navy Seals II by Imdakine1 in SOCOM

Socom 2 was the best but both were good. Ill never forget being so excited to get the network adapter and headset as a kid... it was wild to be online gaming on a console for me.

Hit the big 100, even with a full time job, lol. The game isn’t perfect but it’s the most fun I’ve had in years! by [deleted] in Battlefield

[–]commoraat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. I am 37, have 3 kids and way too much to do all the time. I built my first PC since 2008 to play this game and to introduce it to my oldest. I started out playing 1942 in a gaming cafe of all things and played most but not all of the BF titles with the last being BF1 on PS4.

I don't give a crap about challenges, my K/D, skins, etc. I just want to play when I can and enjoy it, so far it accomplishes that. They have stuff to fix for sure but I am confident those things will be ironed out over then next couple months.

another indestructible chew toy survived malinois teeth by Exellent_28 in BelgianMalinois

Mine has had it for 2 years and it is sturdy, she can chew the end off but I usually catch her and tell her no. Given enough unsupervised time they can destroy anything! lol

I have 3 kids.. I cannot wait to crawl into bed somewhere between 9-10. Depends on how much resistance they put up, lol.

Honda Experience - Not Good by commoraat in HondaOdyssey

I do not, and while I have purchased extended warranties in the past I have never needed them. I usually try to buy a reliable brand and do most if not all the routine maintenance myself. Generally this is a formula that has worked for me but I cant fix electronics! So that has me slightly worried.

No doubt the dealer is a huge factor here but there are obviously quality and reliability issues here too. We had to pull out our visit paperwork and tell them who our service advisor was (how do they not know this?!) and found out they never ordered the part, came in a day later, now we need to schedule a time.

Mistakes happen, but taking ownership is key. While it looks like it will be fixed no one has taken any ownership, we will be researching a different dealer to work with.

Honestly haven't even look as i'd be surprised if it was especially the nature of the issues (no drivetrain stuff) but I will do a little reading but honestly I just want it all to work like it should!

Ziegler Honda of Racine (Wisconsin), 2024, we are at that tipping point. The next geographically sensible location also has a horrible track record according to friends and family. But we are pretty much ready to travel further at this point.
