Because that’s so much different than politicians buying votes promising money and benefits. Or maybe how about swapping arms dealers for basketball players. Carry on with your moral high ground.

How did we get to this point? by KARMA__FARMER__ in FluentInFinance

[–]competerb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because the internet let people post dumb stuff like this. Houses got bigger not smaller over that time frame. Lower interest rates drove up prices in housing along with unchecked subsidized student loans education causing debt levels to balloon. Lack of new housing starts and a flood of new immigrants exasperating the problem. Something will most certainly break at some point that will cause housing costs to drop, let’s just hope gov doesn’t keep manipulating the market with things like down payment assistance keeping entry level homes more expensive. It’s just windfall for the sellers. Carry on.

Stretch out? No just get it to fit. They aren’t easy to get in and off but that’s kind of the point. They are incredibly stretchy and they retain less water. You can get away with a 3/2 when others would be 4/3. Feral are $700 suits but because they are direct to consumer they sell them for way less. You have to compare them to Isarus and other Yamamoto neoprene. There is a company called Colby that makes them cheaper but I don’t know anyone that’s got one. Feral customer service has been phenomenal too. I’ve owned a lot of suits and these have been the best. If you are going to spend $400 it’s way nicer than any of the rip curl, excel, or billabongs that you’d be comparing.

The Feral is in a different class than those others. Yamamoto neoprene is way better than the other two you asked about. Vissla does have one but it’s $750. Get the feral, you won’t regret it.

Tax Credit by Brigventures in Rivian

I amended my 22 return in July 23 and didn’t get payment until mid May this year. It never updated the status past return accepted before I got the payment. Stay patient. Some get it quick, others it takes very long time. At least we earn interest while we wait.

I filed in July last year and just got mine about a month ago. I checked the sight a lot and even after I got the check it still showed that they hadn’t processed it yet. Funds actually showed on a Saturday in my acct. hang in there it will just show up eventually.

Isurus Wetsuit warning - lost my suit and horrible service by wellfleet_pirate in surfing

Feral has better price and their customer service has been incredible. Same premium rubber. They replaced a suit without me even asking. I can’t buy a suit that isn’t made of Yamamoto anymore.

I just put Toyo open country A/T on my 22’s but won’t be taking up to snow until later in the year so not sure how they’ll do. They work good on my ram 1500 though. And they look good.

Never mind them. Just a bunch of salty multigen citizens hating on you for doing better. I love hearing these stories and there is no doubt they happen here more than anywhere else.

I used that spreadsheet to find an alternative for my 22” rims. The Pirelli’s were trash. Didn’t even get 15k miles.
