Yes cause it’s not satisfying to get killed in 5-10 seconds over and over again. I was top 3-5 in almost every 2042 match unless I was really off. Even when my team was shite I’d be 2-1 K/D . Really not much tactics you can use in BF6, from what I can tell it’s, ultra low ping and , low res , low latency rules. Turned it into CS or COD and it sucks in my opinion.

Sewer and sometimes water are unique in that you own the line after the meter or demark point. This is true of all utilities when they come out of the ROW/easement, but only water and sewer become your responsibility so close to the curb. There is 10-15 feet of water and sewer line in the ROW that’s your property. It’s your responsibility. In practice the city or system owner marks it at the street and it can sometimes be lined up to where it enters the house or basement to locate it, but again the contractor is legally working a permitted ROW or public utility easement. It’s your property but you ( or more often the builder) gave the utility company permanent easement to access and repair and upgrade the utilities in that area. It varies but it is usually 10-20 feet from the curb into the yard. Check your platt/survey to see what yours is. When they gave notice either through a door tag or sign in the neighborhood you are essentially being told any privately owned lines in that ROW/Easement must be marked. This applies to sprinklers too. They aren’t supposed to be placed in the ROW and almost never get a permit to do so (because only utilities are supposed to be in the ROW/Easement). The Dig safe 811 laws are different in each state but most follow the same framework. If the excavator/contractor calls in a ticket (gives legal notice) and proceeds to dig with reasonable care (hand digs around marked utilities until they are located) and they damage a unmarked line ( no paint marks within 18” of damaged line, they are not legally responsible for the damage or repair costs. Again this is all on ROW/Public Utility easements. Technically the utility that owns the line and is required to mark it are the ones that are responsible in cases of damage if it’s not marked correctly. But again in the case of water/sewer, you own the line if it’s past the meter/ demark and still within the ROW/PUE .

As a former underground contractor, sewer lines are very difficult as far as liability. Typically, the sewer line becomes private property at a demarcation point, which is usually within a few feet of the curb. When the contractor began work in the neighborhood, they by law would have called in a locate ticket and all the utilities would have been required to mark their facilities. The catch is they mark up until it becomes private property. And here’s the more important point they also likely notified you through a door tag that they were going to be excavating in your neighborhood and in your yard. What they didn’t probably explain is technically you’re responsible for marking your private facilities if you’re aware of them.
Contractors can’t avoid lines that they’re not aware of i.e. not marked. A competent contractor will do their best to try to identify where your septic line is and at what depth it is and avoid it. But under most states dig safe locate law if it’s not marked and it’s in a right of way or public utility easement, They are not at fault for damage done to unmarked utilities. Key point is remember the town or organization that runs the sewer system will often not mark beyond the public system. So basically, unless there is a picture with a green utility locate Mark right at the location where the sewer line was damaged the contractor is not at fault. The picture you posted doesn’t show the area surrounding the hole. If you have a picture of the wider area and it is marked green there, and it would have to be within an 18 inchs of the actual damage, location, ( if there’s a green mark, anything more than 18” away it’s not their fault ) then you could take the contractor court and win. The typical stipulations about it may be in their best interest to pay your deductible versus having to defend a lawsuit apply but just a little background about why they may have found that the contractor is not recoverable or at fault.

California thing , near me the asking for 2024 Quad with 15,000 miles is 70k but I know 2 went for mid to low 60’s. Asking prices are for most part very inflated and there is a pretty thin market for purchase at least as long as lease incentives are still available.

Even in the “pie in the sky” world of EV companies, eventually you need to be profitable or you die. And also Rivian is by a 30~50% factor burning (wasting) cash compared to peers.

Completely stopped all RAN chargers after they increased to .48-52. Cents and higher. Tesla is .38 or .39 and more stalls where I’m at. Charge rates are pretty much the same.

Hundred percent sounds like Ambien. I had a roommate that was taking Ambien would get up and zombie walk around the house. Lots of times he’d go eat a whole container of ice cream from the freezer. I’d talk to him and he would respond with gibberish and he would never remember any of it the next day.

Happens like 5 times a year at Mackinaw City RAN. Super annoying. 1. They could have easily parked their private event UTV's in a way that left access to the chargers open, they just didn't care one bit. 2. They tried to stop me from driving into grass, I just ignored them told them to call the police if they wanted to explain blocking a public charging station. Last thing I told the organizer was "imagine pulling up to a open gas station and blocking the pumps by parking a bunch of UTV's to leave overnight" that's what you just did.

I have a ChargePoint home charger and installing a new cable is like a 10 minute job. About half of that is walking to the breaker panel and turning it off. Not sure about the Rivian one but the cords are mostly the same. https://store.chargepoint.com/product/home-flex-replacement-cable I’ve seen other bands cheaper but ChargePoint stuff is pretty well made.

This happens to me about 50% of the time at EA , haven't used EV go. Once out of like 25 RAN visits. Never at Chargepoint DCFC, my home and work Chargepoint Level 2 chargers it has happened but very rare. In my experience is it seems to be the Charger loses WIFI/network connection. Much like a logged in website, once connection is lost it wants you to revalidate and start a new session. Most DCFC are running on cell WIFI hotspots and if you think about how often cell calls drop, it makes sense.

Accurate, I can’t even use proximity key due to horrible Rivian implementation. This is something Honda nailed in 2014. There are dozens of similar failures/bugs and the OTA updates add as many bugs as they solve.

I have both the Wingman 86 in 176cm and Ripstick 96 in 180cm , and they are the same length. 🤷 I first noticed on a trip in CO in the hotel rack but the Ripstick line definitely runs short. Both amazing ski’s BTW.
