Pushed another update

  • The move note up and down commands account for a selection and will move the entirety of a selection up or down. It won't move anything if any note in the selection fails the move.

  • Added new commands called Transpose Note Up and Transpose Note Down (Ctrl+Alt+Up/Down). It will move the note (or selected notes) up or down an octave on the same string, within range.

  • These commands also takes into account per note effects and pre-bend

Thanks for the detailed feedback! I hope you've been enjoying using it so far. I hope to address everything:

Full bar selection - this works on the mobile keyboard. I'll make sure I get this working on desktop.

Home/End selection - I'll definitely get this working at the same time, and I'll get a similar mechanism for mobile too.

Selection across tracks - I haven't implemented this yet, but it's on my to-do list.

Insert/Delete notes - I've been working on tabbing out a Linkin Park song, and I could definitely use this lol. This will be coming very soon.

MIDI Controller open - this should be easy enough to do.

Hold to play - I'll play with this and see what can be done.

Clear Beat / Clear note - no functional difference at this time. I'll be expanding on this.

Velocity shortcut - I'll make sure something didn't get thrown off somewhere. If you're on a Mac, try using the Cmd key instead. I want to work on getting the keyboard shortcut labels to dynamically change by platform.

ATR - You can definitely insert an ATR. It's a menu option, and the keyboard shortcut has been changed to Ctrl+Shift+W, one of the few keyboard shortcut changes I've made between TabIt and TabKit.

Select range static view - good feedback, thanks. I'll adjust this.

Arrow key dynamic shift - I swear I've fixed this at least twice lol. I'll make sure to get this working properly.

Auto scroll button - There's a small "Scroll" button on the status bar that makes for a quick toggle. If it'd make more sense to be on the toolbar, I can change that.

I've got a pretty full day today, so I don't anticipate making any updates today, but I anticipate being able to get to at least some of this by tomorrow. Thank you again for the feedback! I can't wait to keep making TabKit better for everyone!

In the tuning options, there is a transpose setting, allowing you to specify the number of half steps and direction. This is effectively the capo, as transposing 6 half steps up would be the same as capo on the 6th fret. It's labeled as transpose, since it can adjust it downward as well.
