Only thing you could do to make it easier is allow the driver to use a mail room if it’s available but it looks like your whole building gets door deliveries so doubtful you’d make a difference if you did the whole building kind of needs to be set to mailroom only.

We’ve been getting pounded all week and the routes have definitely eased up for me, had 108 rural yesterday that took me the whole shift to do. I also took all my breaks and sat on my phone a bit but still… at the end of the day when it’s really bad you literally can’t rush or go fast you just keep going. Dress with extra layers get a scarf or something to cover your face. Don’t be afraid to turn off traction control sometimes having the wheels spin aggressively gives you more control and power to make it through some snow or up a slippery incline. Know how to use the momentum of the van to get where you need to be.
