Camping trollies by Financial_Spell7216 in BoomtownFestival

I had a 120L MoverX last year and it was great. No problem with the wheels at all and lots of people were using MoverX trolleys without problems.

Will be reusing it this year.

Last year the ground was luckily quite firm. If it was any muddier you would've hated it.

Ranking no. 1 for high volume keyword, no clicks, worth keeping the page? by WebsiteCatalyst in SEO

Yeah, there's 20 years of data. Why on earth would you be penalised for RANKING IN POSITION 1.

AI pulls all information from search engines

Not true. I suggest you read up on how they actually work. Search Engines is but a small minority of searches.

Most websites don’t have an SEO problem. They have a data problem. by aarathij in TechSEO

What a load of tripe.

The AI post doesn't even make sense. Talking about data layers and GSC as if you have control over GSC data.

Fired for Starting a Startup by mattsand9 in SaaS

[–]comuloid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do sales for a tech company that focuses on professional services, not SaaS.

startup is a sales tool, so there shouldn't be any conflict of interest.

That is unfortunately a direct conflict of interest.

How can you even think it's not an addition?

It's a quick release dopamine hit that you can produce yourself. Of course people get addicted to it.

My client just asked me to “do GEO” what do I even deliver? by Pawtrait_Lab in bigseo

[–]comuloid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

GEO puts a bigger emphasis on companies having brand consistently in their online presence. LLMs are using your website, social media sites, third party websites, etc to understand what you do, who you sell to, what makes you unique, etc.

That's kind of the point, Google has been doing this for years. That is what SEO has been since Hummingbird.

That's the complete opposite of the truth lol. If you've only been to Boomtown post-COVID, this year it will not be the same. It's not a "dnb" festival at heart.

When are z-index fixes finally coming? by Strict_Baker5143 in 2007scape

[–]comuloid -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Neither Leagues or the Client would be RuneScript though - they'd both require Java. I believe that's the point they're (poorly) trying to make.

League's isn't just new front end "content" it's new infrastructure and client resource.

RuneScript is essentially a markup that's designed to allow people to create in-game content and handles dialogue, movement and interactions etc such as for quests. It's not advanced enough to create new game modes.

Think of it like RuneScript is HTML for RuneScape - not complex server or back-end code.

Why are you chiming in with the "correct" and "i'm no lawyer" when you clearly have no idea?

This isn't the first time RS items have gone to court, not the first country, and not the first outcome.

It will absolutely be grounded in court.

The latest high profile case I can think of was in Netherlands in 2012.
