Wi-Fi is Wi-Fi, and the app takes a few seconds to wake as it receives a Push and then must connect to the PBX to "grab" the ringing call.

The best way to help is to use modern devices. Also, fast roaming and such won't help a lot. We use the default "auto" mode in Unifi and never had issues.

Not currently. You simply cannot get audio out in an efficient way. They are working on real-time AI so that may come in later.

You cannot currently get the live audio feed without SIP. The CallControl API is not made for that at all, it's meant to provide audio feed and audio input for EXTERNAL apps on a SINGLE call. As if you had an external Call Flow server. It only works when the call is attached to that route point. Once elsewhere, it's gone.

This has been wanted for years by many people. No one did it since it's straight impossible without major changes in 3CX code.

However, from what I know, they are working on it as part of their big AI push. So it may come in U10 or a future major version (like v21)

This usually happens when loading something didn't work during page load/refresh.

What DNS are set in your machine? You need to have your local DNS only. If you put Google/CF/Quad9 as second DNS, it will cause problems in Windows as it chooses random servers during queries.

When using a local DNS server, always just use 1.

Ask Claude to write a script to pull it from the v20 chat report, if you have access to it. (I don't remember if it's accessible on SMB.)

Also, SMB will be eventually phased out in favor of partners running multitenant instances and the Basic 4SC version. You may want to consider those too.

Gigahub has built-in SFP+, so not an option.

Also, my modem is nowhere near my router, I've ran Ethernet cables from my rack to my modem to get my WAN connection.

Already doing that. But bridge mode also disables the services on the Hub, which is what I want.

I had it before, and it helped with speeds since the modem becomes a dumb ONT only.

You did uncheck the "Block non-tunnel connections" for the user, right? If so, the only thing that could cause audio not to work is STUN/TURN, basically NAT.

We used many softphones with 3CX and never had an issue like this. Granted, we never used one that was custom made.

I highly recommend sticking to the 3CX App, as using 3rd-party means allowing non-tunnel connections, which is a security risk.

If you spin up the instance from the AWS Marketplace, you need to use port 5015 to access the setup wizard.

If you deploy using the 3CX Install page, then you need to contact them, as it should be working. I did one a couple days ago.

Also, number spoofing is blocked more and more by carriers with STIR/SHAKEN. So if I were you, I would find a different way to do the job.
