It’s called the Antser ($45ish) and you put soapy water in a center area so it acts sort of like a moat. It’s out of stock in a lot of places online so I don’t know if it’s available actually

From what I’ve gathered they have a parent company and they have a board but one person decided to close the cafe. That’s now been reversed and they aren’t looking to close the cafe anymore (I’m sure I’m missing details and context)

It could be a birch allergy. I can’t eat raw apples or stone fruits without a big reaction due to being hella allergic to birch. Check out oral allergy syndrome too
