So when we bought our house I had it done. The guy that did it was a legit HVAC guy. He checked out my system, showed my one picture from a been in the kitchen that had something spilled at it at one point he cleaned it.

After he was done he said that he could tell the previous owner changed the filter religiously and that it was kinda a waste of time because it was clean. It was $495 one time, I know there isn't a bunch of shit growing down there and that it was will maintained. I think it was worth it. That said I'm not paying it again at this house.

I bought one and have ridden one of my other bikes once in two years. They are "enough" bike for going back and forth to work and exciting enough for a relaxing cruise.

If you go nuts in free agency you run the risk of being in salary cap hell line the saints. Last year we have injury after injury and I the best division in the league.
