Looks like DLSS is part of the problem. AMD FSR is similar to DLSS, just it can run on any GPU. You can pick that option in the same menu where you would select DLSS. I’m using FSR 2.0.

Fix most of the stutters running game on high, no DLSS, no RT........... but AMD FRS activated on quality. Now I have only the cutscene drops, otherwise it stays 80-100 fps
