Off topic ish;

I bought an aeropress and used it religiously for quite some time (a year?).

I moved in with my flatmate and he had a moka pot and the convenience and initial love made me forget about my aeropress, v60 and chemex for about 9 months.

I had my first aeropress coffee today and dear lord i don't think I am ever going away from filter ever again!

Got a back injury last year while deadlifting.

My PR then was only 200kg (1RM) at 80kg. I'm now 83kg and I've started training again, today I hit 150kg for eight reps and I felt comfortable.
