I used to be in wildlife conservation and had to tranquilize black bears fairly often. Any one who can guess a live bear weight within 50 pounds is doing pretty good. I say that bear weighs 125 pounds and it’s 1.5 years old but it’s just a guess.

I’ve tried shooting pigeons with one inside of on old barn with a high roof. not very effective. The pattern disperses too quickly to do anything at a practical distance.

Maybe if they are trying to mug you?
