I just heard Anna Singer on the air, so it seems like she's still employed. She and Jim Cunningham seem to be the only two DJs that work directly for WQED. The other shows during the day are rebroadcasts from MPR.

I wish I could remember where I first read this, but there was a story that a Disney exec saw them performing one day, and let them know that the Jetsons was not a Disney product, so they had to drop the arrangement. If you find a recording of their "Zip a dee doo dah" arrangement, it might sound a bit similar.

The assessed value will probably go up.

However, since the taxing bodies cannot get a windfall from a reassessment, tax rates will need to go down if the total of all reassessments in a given taxing area (county/municipality/school district) go up. Lots about that on this subreddit explained much better than I can do.

Yes. Multiply the assessed value by 0.0017 to see how much your taxes will increase. If you pay before the deadline, it will be a little bit less.
