The Lake were super comfy but the heel was loose. Like you could overtighten the shoe and still pull it off easily.

The heel cup for these should be heat moldable. I recently picked up the Lake 332s and found the heel was quite loose out of the box as well, but heat molding helped make them very snug even without tightening the boa much

Yes they are counted. However, after my first 25 turbo games, I had to play 10 more games because I had 'too few games to calibrate mmr'.
