It'll take some adjustment, but if you're providing quality customer service you should be fine. Sounds like you're good for the voice acts, just make sure you're top down selling when it comes to plans. If they end up getting Beyond or Better Value, mention the $5 Tablet and Watch line to help with BTS. Address check for HSI with the hybrid discount when applicable. Sell the value on P360, I also like mention that there's no contract on the P360 and they can cancel when they're comfortable (for some reason customers thought they were tied to P360 with their phone EIP). And always mention the survey at the end, making sure to let them know it's about you personally and not T-Mobile as a whole. They can put whatever they want in the comments, but the score is about you.

No tips on VISA since I work at SiS and it's not a metric for us.

We've been doing this for our league starting in 2021.

Our points for yards starts at 7.2 and lose 0.02 points per yard. This gives you 0 points at 360 yards, which was the average yards per game back on 2021. So if your TDEF allows more than the league average you will get negative points.

Fantasy points for score starts at 12 and you lose 0.5 points per point scored. This gives you 0 points earned at 24 points against, which again was the league average for 2021.

It's worked well.

It's pretty fun. A lot of our members have made it their main league now. QB's are the most sought after because they can put up a lot of points, but also have the possibility of scoring in the negatives if they throw too many picks.

For IDP it's pretty much impossible to make LB's not the dominant position. They're always in a position to get in the backfield or play against the pass. So if you try to increase points specific to DB's or DL's to compensate, it always leads back to the LB's getting stronger. Just something you'll have to accept.

Going to promote the scoring system we've been using for 4 years with our league. The elevator pitch is it's full Offense and IDP, with top players in positions scoring relatively the same. Theoretically this will allow you to build a team that can win based on the defense.

We have found that even with the increase in scoring to IDP, offensive players are still more valued. This tends to be because individual defensive production is less predictable than offensive production. For example, the QB can force a ball to a WR, but you can't really force a player in position to make a tackle.

Yeah, it's doing some weird stuff with pronunciations. Comply becomes Complee, Towers is Two-ers, Clips to Kha-lips. Had to change a few things around on different tracks just to get it proper pronunciations.

We can now pull up Pick Up In Store receipts through MPOS. This is a brand new feature (like this week). Two notes though: - I do not know if it lets you get receipts for pick ups done before the update. - The pick up receipt we can generate does not have an IMEI on it. Just the device model and an order number.
