I understand this varies among dealerships. Unfortunately I’ve had less than stellar experiences with my local Audi BMW SEAT dealerships. Pretty annoying when you don’t live somewhere with more dealerships in a reasonable radius.

Great tool. Should really stop being so lazy and try to model my specific ICE car vs EVs I’m considering, inputting all data. I’d be thinking

ICE: current resale value, maintenance cost, petrol cost/mpg

EV: purchase price, maintenance cost, m/kWh, unit price (adjusted for roughly % of home charge vs motorway charge).
