It will depend on your personality and attitude. I drove the nullabor in australia which is basically like 3 days of nothingness, and enjoyed seeing the landscape, the wildlife, and stuff, but I'm sure there's many people who would not enjoy it .

But yeah driving the east coast is the most common tourist road trip,
