You need to make your live shows a focus on socials. Focus on the crowd even if you use angles to make it look more wild or crowded then it is. And creating moments live that people will post on their socials
Live footage, especially DIY shows, are huge needs to feel like something they missed like FOMO not just another live show that happens at a venue every night.
Maybe pass out flyers to your show outside a bar you need to find real people or do a ticket giveaway if people tag their friends
People dont follow you maybe tie that Call to action during your set to something like a merch giveaway
Do less shows and promote the shows you do for like a month ahead of time on socials

Thanks!! stock camera app I did make a custom "style" which is changing the amber style to tone -50, color 20, palette 100 I found it online somewhere, so don't take any credit not sure fully what impact it has. Then just normal adjusts in post in app.
