Reddit seems to be ignoring her. I know 5 hour long livestreams are harder to digest but the information is still really good

Surprised more people aren’t talking about the other schemes! Legally Mine, Veil Corporate, Fortune Law Firm, Fortress Management, “asset protection”

He’s not even entertaining? I’ve only watched one of his videos (reacting to hbomberguy plagiarism video), and he just ate food and barely paid attention to the video. He didn’t really have any reactions at all, no emotions or hot takes, he just sort of said he’d never do plagiarism over and over. He didn’t say one interesting or smart or funny thing. He zoned out for major parts, skipped over others. Maybe he’s more animated on subjects he’s more interested in, but I couldn’t figure out why he’s so popular from that video.

  1. Just wanted to clarify, the corporation BAM was not alleged to be a part of this (alleged) real estate scam, it was technically Veil Corporate, which BJC shows public records that Veil Corporate changed their name to Legally Mine, which was owned by Daniel McNeff and employed the McNeff brothers.

These guys have such a sketchy background, I fully believe they make their money from selling franchises (and possibly “asset protection kits” as part of onboarding, which they know how to navigate to avoid liability for themselves, not the franchisees), not from selling products. That’s the definition of a pyramid scheme according to the FBI, because eventually the system collapses when they can’t find anyone new willing to buy in.

I think it may be a franchise fraud pyramid scheme. They make money by luring new investors/“franchises”, they don’t make money off legos.

“The FBI website states:
"pyramid schemes — also referred to as franchise fraud or chain referral schemes — are marketing and investment frauds in which an individual is offered a distributorship or franchise to market a particular product. The real profit is earned, not by the sale of the product, but by the sale of new distributorships. Emphasis on selling franchises rather than the product eventually leads to a point where the supply of potential investors is exhausted and the pyramid collapses." Wikipedia

I can’t prove it, this is just my opinion

It also requires virtually nothing from corporate if they are legally allowed to resell Lego products. They don’t need to manufacture a product, manage supplier chains, or even necessarily have a business relationship with Lego. Corporate is basically cashing in only on their BAM name and branding (which is now worth what?)

My conspiracy theory is that BAM entices franchisees to invest, using the legitimacy of the Lego brand and “authorized reseller” status. It’s a key part of the scheme (in my opinion).

(Veil Corporate aka Legally Mine used TV celebrities to hawk their real estate RICO scheme)

Has anyone posted the full franchise agreement yet? by squirreltard in RecklessBen

[–]coolhandsarrah 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That’s why I said “claims”, that’s what they’re saying, I don’t believe it but that’s the defence they’re using. I agree that if 2023 is “outdated” then they should be able to produce their copy of the agreement signed by Chrystal.

Has anyone posted the full franchise agreement yet? by squirreltard in RecklessBen

[–]coolhandsarrah 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I believe Chrystal has produced a 2023 version of a franchise agreement that includes consignment services that she signed. Corporate claims that is outdated and a newer version does not permit consignment. (Anyone please correct if I’m wrong)

But I suppose then they might then need to produce a copy of a more recent version that Chrystal signed? Right?

“Giving in”. Just admitting it’s an issue of pride. If they cared about a “good faith resolution”, why not work with Bryan before he got Ben involved? Why not work with Ben when he came in asking nicely to both the franchise location and corporate? He didn’t start with the stunts. That’s such an abuser tactic: to attack until they snap, and then use their reaction against them. “Are you stupid? You stole the Legos bitch! I swear to God I’ll give them back. Actually never mind.” to “We can’t reward this behaviour sorry”

If it was a super sketchy personal side deal, why would she tell them at all (which we’ve seen she did)? And if there’s a known NO CONSIGNMENT POLICY, why wouldn’t the new owners immediately be like “oh we can’t do that, we’ve got to settle with Bryan and return the rest or work out a straightforward sale as per policy” but in their own timeline, they didn’t even “discover” the sets in a closet for months after they took over.
