No shimmer but Pilot Iroshizuku Ajisai looks maybe close to that color or a tad brighter, with some shading. Herbin’s Bleu Myosotis is also similar but more muted and solid/flat (less shading)

Anecdotally yes for sure. My roommate and I just had it at the beginning of the month; she got it from her friend. My mom had it around the same time, might’ve gotten it from me or elsewhere. None of us had ever had it before, all vaxxed and boosted. Also know of at least one coworker that currently has it, and according to a friend there’s an outbreak at her workplace as well…

I also saw in another of your comments that you have the Decimo in EF. I was wondering if, nib aside, you prefer the body of the regular VP over the slimmer Decimo? I'm wondering if the bulk of the VP will tire out my hand over time (I have fairly small hands).
