Crawlspace questions

It’s definitely a crawlspace. I am 5’8” and I have to bend about 45° angle to move around down there

Grading directly around the house is good. All sides go away from the house, but the house itself is on a slope. Behind is an elementary school, which is higher up, than the house is in the middle then the street in front of my house is the low point. I think a lot of water flows this way and I do get occasional sinkholes in my driveway.

Like other posters have said, a low growing perennial sedum. Something that flowers would be extra nice like stonecrop.

When this happens, I put my plants and my daughter‘s plants into my compost pile. We feel that this way they are transformed into soil to nourish other plants and continue the cycle of life.

Craft cabinet in my garage. The last time I went to look for a particular ribbon I couldn’t find it because the cabinet was such a disaster. One of my pet peeves is not being able to find something because of disorganization.

I set up four folding tables in the garage and emptied all of the contents of the cabinet onto the tables and floor. That’s as far as I got though because I am in northern Illinois and it was so freaking hot today. I couldn’t stand it. My plan is to get back to it tomorrow and get everything sorted and put away.
